May 31, 2019 - Local housing officials are conducting a free seminar for condominium owners and association board members to discuss how condominium boards can best respond to and properly handle difficult situations.
The seminar will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11 in Room 201 at Village Hall, 123 Madison Street. The event is hosted by the Village's Neighborhood Services Division in cooperation with Mastercare Building Services.
Attorney Gabriella Comstock of Keough & Moody, a law firm that provides legal services for condominium and homeowners’ associations, will guide attendees through various “hot topics” such as how to handle problems such as smoking, bed bugs, hoarding and screening potential condo owners.
