Tuesday, September 2, 2014  ::   Stepped up traffic enforcement in Oak Park over the Labor Day holiday resulted in the arrest of three impaired drivers, as well as 19 citations for not wearing a safety belt and 13 tickets for using a cell phone without a hands-free device while driving.
