The Oak Park Department of Public Health is taking its mobile response van into the community to provide convenient COVID-19 vaccinations and testing.
The mobile response van is available for public or private events that require special use permitting through the Village, such as block parties.
The mobile response van is also available to provide onsite testing to employees of local businesses upon request.
Requests must be made at least 14 days in advance of the event.
