A Remote Meeting will be conducted with live audio and optional video of participants. Remote meetings are authorized pursuant to Section 7(e) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act. The Village President has determined that an in-person meeting is not practical or prudent due to the COVID-19 outbreak during Governor J.B.
